Shuyu received a B.S. in Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering from the China Agricultural University in Beijing and an M.S.E. in Water Resources Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Maryland.  She is particularly interested in understanding how landscape structure controls hydrologic processes.  Shuyu is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at UIC, using remote sensing and modeling approaches to explore the impacts of dams and reservoirs on water quality.

Victor received a B.A. from Knox College, where he double-majored in political science and environmental studies, and pursued extensive coursework in the fields of Spanish language and literature and Latin American Studies. Victor is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at UIC, using data synthesis, spatial analysis, and machine-learning approaches to explore the impacts of pollution from agroecosystems on human and ecosystem health.

Erich received a B.S. in Geology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is currently using a combination of field work data analysis to explore impacts of road salt and green infrastructure on both surface and groundwater quality in the Great Lakes Watersheds.
